To Tommy's credit he has embraced even the bad press he has received and set about changing hearts and minds in his restaurant and not in the blogosphere/print worlds. I think you might be right that the service is not carrying through the last mile and no one has been shy about noting that...but that doesn't take away from it being a good burger. Your to-go tactic might be the best route and given the ample seating options in the Piazza (in front of the ridiculously large TV) maybe that will be the preferred method of experiencing PYT until Tommy can work out those issues.<br /><br />Keep writing from the heart.
